The bash plates are designed to mount directly to the factory fixing points on the Hilux chassis, making installation straightforward. Begin by safely lifting and securing the vehicle to allow clear access to the underbody. Remove any existing guards and check that all mounting points are clean and free from damage. Position the front plate first, aligning the cut-outs and mounting holes with the original chassis points, then loosely fit the supplied hardware to hold it in place. Once aligned, tighten the bolts evenly to ensure a secure fit.

After the front plate is installed, position the second plate and follow the same process, confirming that both plates sit flush against the chassis and that no components are obstructed. Carry out a final inspection to verify that the plates are fully tightened, correctly aligned, and clear of moving parts such as steering and suspension components.
